It's really hard to single out one author each day. I try to leave feedback anyway while reading a fic so I hope no one feels left out.

The why? Well, if you have to ask, you should scurry over here and check her stuff out immeaditely.
My reasons? She is a lovely woman devoting much of her scarce free time to entertaining us and to other authors in running the Love's Last Glimps Awards which are a wonderful place to read who is hot and who is not.
Her writing is spectacular. Sigrid manages to get both a plot and incredible hot sex in one fic. The stories are very convincing, both in characterisation as well as in subject. And Sigrid updates within a strict schedule which is saying a lot about her devotion to fanfic.
Among my favourite stories are:
A Promise of Frost, A Rhapsody in Oil and Legions of True Hearts and it's sequel, A Symphony of Echoes.

The characterisation is always spot on. When there are non-canon characters introduced they always shine and sparkle with the rest of the cast. All of her stories are enjoyable and very well written.
She also started posting her original writing and guys: It's as addicting as her fanfic stuff.
