German Election - oh, fuck!

Well, that went spectacularly in the wrong direction. Why do people vote for the FDP???? I don't get it.
For all not watching this disaster: Angela Merkel will continue to be chanceloress, and in a coalition with the FDP. So we will have Guido "Grinsebacke" as state secretary. We already joked that for everyone outside of Germany it will look like we have a socialist government, a woman in charge and as second-in-command: a gay politician. When in reality it's the most conservative you could imagine.

I am very concerned for all the poor people, for all getting money from the state, ie Hartz IV, for everyone from foreign countries and their kids, for the environment, and agriculture.

I am seeing a very schwarze Zukunft, a very black future. Oh, Germany. Why didn't you go vote in stronger numbers.

I'm just horrified to think of Westerwelle as state secretary. Horrified and embarrassed even before anything has happened.

And Westerwelle is just the "icing" on the cake.
I heard that the Russians are like: who is that guy, and I guess, that will be the same for all the other countries.
