food stuff galore!

Wow, second entry today!

Had a great time with my dad tonight, we went to a chinese restaurant that was recced on the intranets, and I want to also give it two thumbs up. So, if you happen to be in the neighbourhood and in the mood for authentic chinese food, go here:

Wok Show, Greifenhagener Str. 31, 10437 B. OK-priced food, dumplings are a steal: 40 for 10/8€. My dad and me only managed to eat one plate aka 20 each! Neighbouring table with 4 young Chinese had about 200 in total though.



I had a small soup and my dad had some cold meat to go with it.



Yummy stuff!

And as for another food event: The first pickles of the year!

The self-made ones are pretty amazing, especially because you can decide what goes in and how the taste should be. But then I am only the "Nutzniesser" of this, haven't pickled myself yet. Though about making a batch of jam this year though.
