Firefly and Serenity, much needed talking

kskittenI am soooo angry with Mal right now it's not even funny! How the hell could he have slept with Julie Cooper-Nichol?????? Man, you said it yourself, she is a whore! Damn it! Wanker!
Yadda, yadda, yadda, I know she was leaving from watching Serenity yesterday, but man, I do have hopes! And I am as blind to spoilers as can be. Yo, happy on DeNile!
Seriously, Julie Cooper-Nichol and the Captain freaked me out. Also her appearance on screen and me shouting (I was alone today, good for my roomie!) out Nooooooo, Julie! Because I feared and didn't dare to think about it and I thought when the Captain was closer to her that he would actually tell her off and go find Inara but yeah, I had a bad feeling. Anyway, her on the screen, me instantly knowing her as opposed to Jonathan M. Woodward, sounding familiar but until he was "resurrected" me not having the slightest clue to who he was? Scary!
Love, love, love Kaylee. So much. Almost a kiss! And I love our own genius Joss. The witty, the banter, all good!
I don't know, that sounds like something of a sci-fi movie.

So Joss, all in that self-reflectory, not taking themselves so serious, brilliant.
And the dinosaurs...
Finally found out where I know the bad guy from: he starred in Love Actually. The nice but sorta wrong man for Keira. Thanks, imdb. And Gina Torres was on 24? How the hell have I missed her? And Jayne was also cast for Angel? Well, go you Joss, and your casting skills.
And River was the primaballerina? Huh. I think I've heard about that. Wouldn't have recognised her for the world.
Well, no wonder all these guys seemed somehow familiar!
Why do networks cancel all nice shows again? Hopefully 24 will stay on a bit, I am really looking forward to January for the next season! And VM of course.
And then surfing on the net and finding the book called: Finding Serenity : Anti-Heroes, Lost Shepherds and Space Hookers in Joss Whedon's Firefly is not fair. If you've seen the show, go hop over and read the intro by Jane Espenson, she almost made me cry.
