Agnes paper had the great line Welcome to the O.C., Bitch! in a translation as header for the article:

Willkommen in O.C., du Pisser!
Yes, it means what you think it does. Now I am watching the German version right now and the voices are awful! Ryan sounds way older, and Seth is not geeky enough.

This is taken from my leftist newspaper:

Nicht verpassen!
Orange Ghetto

"O. C., California", 20.15 Uhr, Pro7

Alles geht: locker und "kind of amazing". PATRICK BAUER"

Maybe there will be more later, but I just felt like sharing!

I've just seen 10 minutes of it and wanted to throw something at the TV *rotfl* The voices *shudders*.

One little problem I have with the article - did they look at a map recently??? Orange County is not a city last time I checked *lol*

Well they didn't really talk about cities, just about coding...

And yes, the voices are creepy. Didn't manage to watch it until the end though, switched to Viva during one of the commercial breaks. I shamefully admit that I actually start to like Sarah Kuttner...I want to hate her but her show is way funny! Shit!

You have to resist the evil pull! Try hating her! I know it's difficult. But she is way annoying. Maybe the writers are good and we can still hate her?
Glad you don't want to like her either!

I tried the resisting again tonight, wanted to convince myself of the evilness of Sarah Kuttner...I failed! Though tonight's show wasn't as good as yesterday's and some of the other ones I've seen, it was still way more enjoyable than 98% of "normal" television. And it's not the writers, she is funny, at least to me.
I'm really sorry! I blame a strange kind of twisted patriotism, she is from Friedrichshain after all...I know it's not an excuse and I'm thruthfully sorry!

Wollte Dir nur etwas vorbeibringen. Ist nicht perfekt, aber ich arbeite daran:

Don't know whether I really caught the shot out, was it last week's or this week's O.C., cause I didn't see the most recent one. What exactly was it?
I think Iviera is actually Riviera Magazine which is used a lot?
