Question:
You are living in an apartment for close to a year. You pay for your room and were asked in advance whether you would chip in for the dish-washer which had to be bought and you agreed. You make a fuss about paying only a small amount (say 40,- out of 240,-€) feeling you have been treated unfairly (staying only shortly and could you take the dishwasher home?).
Now roomie asks you to please chip in 8,-€ for the water boiler which broke down and needed to be replaced and which you use daily.
And you complain about it!
Now, does it seem like unfair treatment to be asked to chip in or are you just stupid?
