Translating an abstract of the Prussian constitution and have no idea of the legal terms. Could you take a look at this?

„Alle Preußen sind vor dem Gesetz gleich. Standesvorrechte finden nicht statt. Die öffentlichen Ämter sind unter Einhaltung der von den Gesetzen festgestellten Bedingung für alle dazu Befähigten gleich zugänglich (Art. 4) […] Der Genuß der bürgerlichen und staatsbürgerlichen Rechte ist unabhängig von dem religiösen Bekenntnisse (Art. 12).“ (Auszug aus der revidierten Verfassung, die mit der Verkündung am 2. Februar 1850 in Kraft tritt und bis zum 9. November 1918 ihre Gültigkeit behält)

„All inhabitants in Prussia are equal before the law. There are no class privileges. Public offices are open to all qualified subject to terms set by the law (article 4) […] The privilege to civil and civic rights are independent of religious belief. (article 12)” Abstract from the revised constitution, implemented February, 2nd 1850 and in effect until November, 9th 1918.)
