I am soooo looking forward to Thursday, finally seeing Melissa Etheridge live again. Listened to her "Live...and alone" DVD this evening. Still humming.
Yesterday I met up with the other guys from our tourist guide project, we had to edit two texts, the one about the Palace Cecilienhof (written by yours truly) and the filmpark Babelsberg. Babelsberg was for example where the Nazi propaganda minister Goebbels produced his "Durchhaltefilme" (keeping the moral movies?) during WW2.
All this work concerning the tourist guide is super interesting, I love it. I learned that in the western world the people would have said: World War Two. Whereas the marxists would have said: World War 2. To symbolize that theses wars were not something unique, but in a traditon, and something that will occur again.
Do you all get that? Anyway, I am very satisfied to have theses two text ready now. Was a shitload of work.
Only two days left of this semester. Am very tired and am happy to be home in Hamburg and see my mom and sister. And probably my dad. If he is home.
And I am rambling...
